HABC Level 2 Award in Customer Services (QCF) - £125.00    Dates (flexible)


The HABC Level 2 Award in Customer Services (QCF) has been accredited by the regulations of England, Wales and Northern Ireland (Welsh Government and CCEA) and is part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).  It is supported by skills CFA, the standard setting body for business skills.



This qualification has been designed for delivery to any learner working or preparing to work in a customer fronting role or where using the telephone is a part of their role. The qualification covers the principles of customer service including how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate communication techniques as well as ways to deal with problem customers.


Course Content

Through completion of the course you will:

  • Understand the principles of customer service

  • Understand how customer needs and expectations are formed

  • Know the interpersonal skills and appropriate behaviour required in the customer service environment

  • Understand the principles of responding to customers’ problems or complaints



This qualification is assessed through a 30-question multiple-choice question examination. The duration of the examination is 1 hour.


Successful learners must achieve a score of at least 20 out of 30. All successful learners will be awarded with a level 2 HABC award in Customer Service.



Our Training Centre is situated in Feltham, West London. Parking is available and we are ideally situated just 25 minutes from London Waterloo Station if you are travelling by train.
